Canine Angels Service Teams fills a unique niche in the service dog world by providing specially trained service dogs, at no cost, to children as young as five. We focus on short, intermediate, and long-term observable outcomes designed to have a positive, life-impact on the children.
Canine Angels Mission Statement
With passion, purpose, and integrity,Canine Angels Service Teams (CAST) raises and trains exceptional dogs for children with special needs, promoting the child’s independence and providing a better quality of life through a canine connection.
Canine Angels Service Teams is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that places professionally trained assistance dogs with children and young adults between the ages of 5 and 25 that have physical and developmental disabilities.

SOASTC (Southern Oregon Adolescent Study and Treatment Center)
Our mission and primary objectives are to provide high quality services in residential and community settings; to develop partnerships with parents and the community in the delivery of these services; to advocate for youth suffering from chronic and persistent mental illness and their families; and to seek to continually improve services through performance measurement and quality improvement activities.
